Proceso de fabricación de lonas para transporte y vehículos
La lona ROC realiza procesos de fabricación en función de sus aplicaciones. Si sus lonas se utilizan como sistema de lonas automáticas, podemos ofrecerle servicios personalizados. Se inicia el tratamiento paso a paso:
Dibujo: utilizamos material de calidad en este proceso para hacer hilo con alta resistencia a la tracción.
Tejido: organizar la urdimbre y la trama en telares de agua y tejerlas en telas específicas, como 6×6, 8×8, 10×10 y más para satisfacer las necesidades de lona automática.
Recubrimiento: en el proceso de laminación, las telas tejidas se recubren con la película de LDPE derretida mediante extrusión.
Soldadura: después del proceso, hilo, tejido y laminación, el siguiente paso es el proceso de soldadura. Nuestra máquina de soldadura tiene una anchura máxima de 15 m y es de tipo tándem.
