Easy Steps to Get Samples from Us
We would be delighted to send you a sample of any product you are considering purchasing. Please take a moment to complete the form below. You should receive your sample within 1 week.
Our standard policy for delivering samples is via freight collect. You just leave us your Express account information (DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, etc.), then we send the free samples to you. If you do not have an Express account, you can:
Call a courier service to arrange the samples pickup from us. Give the courier service our contact information and parcel details, and they will arrange to pick up the samples from us. (See our contact information on the right.)
Prepay the Express cost through PayPal, Western Union or Moneygram. Upon receiving the funds, we will ship the samples immediately.
We can send the samples to your agent in China, then they can forward the samples to you.
We make every effort to supply samples to our customers at no cost. However, in some situations (such as customizing the tarp sheet not our regular stocklot in sizes, colors, thicknesses and finishing), we have to charge a fee for sending you a sample. We will contact you prior to shipment if there are any charges related to your sample request.
